How MUCH does it cost?

Many service companies that work on computers or software charge as much as $125.00 per hour. That is a lot of money after someone has just dropped several hundred or thousand dollars into a system and at Simple COncepts we understand this.

Simple COncepts charges $50 per hour to come to your location and fix your computer problems, train your staff or install the program you wish to have installed.

$50/hr?! Is that ALL?

YES!!

We only charge $50/hr regardless of whether you wish us to install a program and then turn around and train your employees on it. We only charge $50/hr if you wish us to fix that "bug" and then you decide you want our technician to configure your old software to work with your new printer.

What does it cost to get a Technician to your door?

Travel time, unlike most companies, is not based on a flat rate. You won't find us charging you $50.00 to $60.00 to get to your location when you are just 10 minutes down the road!

Simple COncepts has adopted a policy that travel time should be based on how long it takes to really get to your door. So we actually calculate our travel time from the time we head to your door to the time we arrive times 2 at the rate of $50/hr up to $40 maximum.

HUH ?!

If we are going to your office and it takes us 15 minutes to get there, we charge you only 15 x 2 = 30 min. at $50/hr which means you only pay $25 to get our trained technician to your door. That's half what other technicians charge. You just saved $25.00 in travel costs.
